Our Team   Tomek Rondio, Founder and CEO of Mortgagegreen, Inc. By 'greening' the real estate financial sector, Mr. Rondio envisioned a profound opportunity to reduce global warming, reduce waste, reduce fossil-fuel use (and associated destructive global effects), enhance healthy living and restore credibility to the real estate finance industry. Prior to Mortgagegreen, Inc., Mr. Rondio spent 20 years in various environmental capacities including CEO of Environmental Engineering Corp, CEO of Actionsource, Inc. and environmental technologies advisor to Commerce Secretary Bill Daley, Clinton Administration. Kat Agustin, Director of Operations KA bio pending   Patrick Emerson, Director of Marketing Years ago, Patrick identified a need for business and environmental sustainability to function in harmony. He began pursuing this combination during his undergraduate years, where he studied business management and environmental studies (BA and BS, Guilford College). Later, he broadened his perspective after attending a semester at St. Claire’s, Oxford, England and declared History as a second major.   Patrick furthered his business acumen by studying nonprofit management at Duke University. During his years of study, Patrick gained substantial experience in the nonprofit sector, where he focused his efforts primarily in the realm of sales, marketing, development and fund raising.    Since moving to the Bay Area, Patrick has focused on the Financial Services sector.
